This is for you if you want to take time out of your week, your life or to reconnect with yourself – working from the outside to the inside and leaving you feeling balanced in body and mind.
The active movement of Hatha Yoga, stretches and strengthens our bodies in this Yang practice. This allow us to delve into postures, looking at them perhaps in a functional way.
You will have time to explore your balance, flexibility and strength – and don’t worry if you don’t have lots of any of these – this is also for you.
Enjoy the journey of exploring the physical nature of our bodies and observe what is happening at the same time with our minds. We practice with compassion and patience and this is where the theme of this class stems from. Events
In these sessions nothing is expected of you, it is not a boot camp, it is not a fitness, or flexibility test. Turn up in comfortable clothing, with a yoga mat, water and towel, with no expectations of yourself, just stretch, bend, move and sweat as much as you need for you on the day.
