Through mindfulness practice and discussion in an informal way, we shall look at a variety of mindfulness techniques.
We will explore these techniques in a non dogmatic way and find practical ways to bring mindfulness into our daily lives.

This workshop is suitable for all.
In this workshop nothing is expected of you, dress comfortably, bring a notebook and pen.
Hopefully it will be a lovely weekend weather wise but we will start with an outdoor meditation session – please make sure you bring a rain jacket & enough warm clothes ( don’t forget hat & gloves if you feel the cold!) for a gentle walk outside, with appropriate footwear such as runners.
Is it ok for beginners to attend?
Yes – whatever your level – whether new to the practice or with lots of experience – there is something in this training for you.
