What is mindfulness?

Through mindfulness practice and discussion in an informal way, we shall look at a  variety of mindfulness techniques.

We will explore these techniques in a non dogmatic way and find practical ways to bring mindfulness into our daily lives.

In this workshop nothing is expected of you, dress comfortably, bring a notebook and pen.

Is it ok for beginners to attend?

Yes – whatever your level – whether new to the practice or with lots of experience – there is something in this 3 hour training session for you.
