What happens at this retreat?
Yoga – we explore Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. These different styles of yoga move and stretch the body in different ways.
Our introspective Yoga practices will allow you to really work on the body mind connection to reduces the effects of stress, improve flexibility and balance your emotional and mental health.
Group Sound Bath* – Relax, unwind, switch off and absorb the soundscape as it changes around you with Himalayan singing bowls, solfeggio chimes, energy chimes, gong, tuning forks, voice and silence.
Together we will go on a sound journey as you venture inward.
Journaling – encourages mindfulness and helps you remain present while keeping perspective. It presents an opportunity for emotional catharsis and helps the brain regulate emotions and find solutions to problems.

What do I need to bring?
Dress comfortably, wear stretchy or non restrictive clothing, bring a towel, cushion, blanket & a water bottle.
Also bring a Yoga mat, notebook & pen to journal & anything else you’d like to have with you to make yourself more comfortable.
Bring no expectations of yourself – just stretch, bend and move.
Is it ok for beginners to attend?
Yes – whatever your level – there is something in this retreat for you.
During practice we listen to our own bodies and their are options and modifications to suit everyone.
If you have specific needs that need to be met, such as recent surgery or injury, you are pregnant, if you have recently had metal plates fitted, had a pace maker fitted etc just let us know so I can advise you.

Things you need to know
Accommodation and food are not included in the retreat price to give you maximum flexibility, depending on where you are travelling from, so that you may make your own arrangements according to your taste and budget.
*Soundbath Note;
There are some people that a Sound Bath is not suitable for and these include: if you have a pace maker, metal plates or implants. If you are within 3 months of a major surgery or emotional upheaval in your life. Participants will be asked to remove jewellery before we begin.
Places are Limited – so early booking is advisable.
