Self kindness Retreat. 7 days of self care.

This retreat allows you time to put you at the centre of your life. To take care of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being.

Take the time to really reconnect with yourself, to take time out and journey within.

Yin Yoga to connect with your body, Mindfulness and Meditation practice to connect with your mind and Restorative yoga to connect with your deepest self.

Get in touch with your senses through Aromatherapy, sound and yoga.

You will experience something different every day – mindfulness tips for every day, Journaling, Kum Nye Yoga, Sound Healing, Mandalas, singing and gentle walking meditation.

This is taking care of you in all aspects.

9am – 11.15am. Yin Yoga Practice

11.15am – 11.30am. Journaling

11.30am – 11.50am. Mindful tea time.

11.50am – 1pm. Meditation Time.

1pm – 2pm. Lunch.

2pm – 3pm. This session will change daily to include;

Mindfulness tips for every day, Aromatherapy, Mandala, Walking Meditation, Singing,

Group Sound Bath and Kum Nye Yoga.

3pm – 3.15pm. Mindful tea time.

3.15pm – 5pm. Restorative Yoga.

  • Full Yoga & Meditation instruction & facilitation by a teacher who is passionate about supporting your self care journey.
  • Time out for you to Journal, Discover, Rejuvenate & Rebalance.
  • Meet other like minded people.
  • Space to Renew, Breathe and Venture inward.
  • After this you will feel Calmer, Centred, Grounded, Rooted & Relaxed.

What do I need to bring?

Dress comfortably, wear stretchy or non restrictive clothing, bring a towel, a cushion, 3 blankets & a water bottle.

Also bring a Yoga mat, notebook & pen to journal & anything else you’d like to have with you to make yourself more comfortable.

Bring no expectations of yourself – just stretch, bend and move.

Accommodation and food are not included in the retreat price to give you maximum flexibility, depending on where you are travelling from, so that you may make your own arrangements according to your taste and budget.

Is it ok for beginners to attend?

Yes – whatever your level – there is something in this retreat for you. This is not about your ability in yoga meditation, singing or art ability – you are here to practice, learn and play. Discover new things and have fun!

During practice we listen to our own bodies and their are options and modifications to suit everyone.

If you have specific needs that need to be met, such as recent surgery or injury, you are pregnant, if you have recently had metal plates fitted, had a pace maker fitted etc just let us know so I can advise you.

Things you need to know

Accommodation and food are not included in the retreat price to give you maximum flexibility, depending on where you are travelling from, so that you may make your own arrangements according to your taste and budget. This also allows your evenings to be your own. You could have dinner with your fellow yogis, have a bath, get a massage, catch up on some reading or just relax.

*Soundbath Note;

There are some people that a Sound Bath is not suitable for and these include: if you have a pace maker, metal plates or implants. If you are within 3 months of a major surgery or emotional upheaval in your life. Participants will be asked to remove jewellery before we begin.

Places are Limited  – so early booking is advisable.
