What do I need to bring?   Dress comfortably, wear stretchy or non restrictive clothing, some cushions, blanket & a water bottle. You are welcome to bring your meditation set up with you, if you have one. Please remember that for comfort when sitting for longer periods you will need more support and cushioning than what you may be used to using. If in doubt bring some more supports!

You might want to bring a Yoga mat & eye mask if you have one, a notebook & pen if you’d like to journal & anything else you’d like to have with you to make yourself more comfortable – including if you like….. a flask of your chosen tea and a cup with a closable lid to have at breaks.
