9.45am. Arrive, registration, introductions and start your day with a cup of tea.
Aromatherapy session.
We begin by tapping into the power of essential oils. Deeply relaxing using our senses…..
Practical Tips of how to bring Aromatherapy into your home.
A short guided meditation to really settle.
We have a short break allowing you space to journal, reflect or have some tea.
Destress techniques for everyday.
Heart Chakra massage.
Learn how to give and receive this beautiful calming massage.*
1pm. Time for tea to replenish and relax.
1.30pm. Restorative Yoga Session.
Whether you’re recovering from illness or injury , whether you suffer with anxiety, stress or you’re always super busy…..
This session will allow you to deeply relax & to step off the world for a break!
In this session we truly let go.
This is Pure Time Out for you.
2.30pm. Finish.
*Participants are seated for this wonderful massage and remain fully clothed.
What do I need to bring?
Dress comfortably, wear stretchy or non restrictive clothing, bring a yoga mat, towel, cushion, blanket & a water bottle.
Also bring a notebook & pen if you’d like to journal, a snack to eat & anything else you’d like to have with you to make yourself more comfortable.
Bring no expectations of yourself – just stretch, bend and move.

Food is not included in the price to give you maximum flexibility, depending on where you are travelling from, so that you may make your own arrangements according to your taste and budget.
