This is for you if you want to take time out of your week, your life or to reconnect with yourself – working from the outside to the inside and leaving you feeling balanced in body and mind.
We begin with the active movement of Hatha Yoga, stretching and strengthening our bodies in this Yang practice. This will allow us to delve into postures, allowing us the time to look at them perhaps in a different way to the way we practice in class. You will have time to explore your balance, flexibility and strength – and don’t worry if you don’t have lots of any of these – this is also for you.
Enjoy the journey of exploring the physical nature of our bodies and observe what is happening at the same time with our minds. We practice with compassion and patience and this is where the theme of this class stems from.
We finish our practice with a meditation, exploring our minds and working it’s strength flexibility and balance – again practicing with compassion and kindness.
