Relax as you allow of your senses to feel & drift into a soundscape of relaxation. Together we will go on a sound journey as you venture inward. Connect with your inner landscape and come home to yourself. Through the Group experience, we also connect with our fellow participants in community, together, in a supportive environment.
You will hear the beautiful overtones of Tibetan Singing bowls.
A Group Sound Therapy session * is generally a relaxing experience but can be awakening for some. Whatever you feel is totally normal and this varies from session to session. Sound baths are working with your physical body but also with energy, so you can never really predict what will happen on the day- just know that as the energy shifts within your body, it’s allowing your body’s natural frequency to reset and to heal itself.
A Group Sound Bath* is an hour long. There is nothing expected of you – just to lie back, close your eyes and to relax. All you need to do is wear loose comfortable clothing including cosy socks! You remain fully clothed, you lie down on a yoga mat, cover yourself with a blanket and allow yourself to drift away to wherever the sounds take you.
Bring a yoga mat, blankets pillows and an eye mask if you wish – whatever you need to make yourself more comfortable- prepare to relax!
After the session many people feel relaxed, lots of people are ready for bed, others are invigorated but relaxed! You may experience a variety of emotions and sensations both during and after the sound bath, including over the next few days as the energy shifts in your body. Drink plenty of water and rest to allow your body’s natural healing abilities to happen.
Places are limited and must be booked in advance.
